Walter FIliputti / Ribolla gialla. Journey to the broom of European civilization

The purpose of this trip is to learn more about, or discover, the richness that is hidden in the Yellow Ribolla. We must understand not only the historical importance of our many native varieties – here represented by Ribolla gialla – but also their ability or not to preserve, moving from one area to another, the distinctive characteristics, as well as being useful for the creation of the future value of our companies. The Ribolla gialla should not be taken out of its territory, as the recent industrial viticulture has done, making a bonfire of good techniques and agronomic rules. This work is a real rebellion against this myopia.
